Let's build a network for a more sustainable future
Our adventure began in 2008 when a few Italian students, who were in Spain to study veterinary, found out what a “perrera” is.
A perrera is a Spanish kennel where stray dogs are taken or where dog owners take their own pet they no longer want to keep.
Spain is unfortunately not regulated by laws forbidding abandonment of dogs or violence against dogs, so many people without conscience abuse, abandon or kill dogs. Therefore, those Italian young students could not simply turn their faces and look away. They decided to give these dogs a chance and started to save them.
We strive to enable change so that today’s meninos may be the main actors in a different future.
