Rosé Sparkling Wine
The pale pink color, resulting from a short and cold maceration, does not hide the intense bouquet of yellow-fleshed fruit, small red fruits, with floral hints of rose and violet. On the palate it is fresh, slightly sapid, pleasant.
How to serve: Ideal at 6-8 ° C, it is excellent both as an aperitif and with salads. Perfect for fruit desserts.
Alcoholic strength: 11% vol.
Prosecco DOC
Brilliant straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage that enhances its fresh scents, elegant, with hints of white pulp fruits and white flowers.
In the mouth the union between bubbles, sweetness and acidity gives a harmonious sensation to the wine, which is enhanced in the final floral and fruity aftertaste.
How to serve: Ideal at 6-8 ° C, it is excellent both as an aperitif and with light foods.

Vegan Sparkling Wine
The pale straw yellow color, with greenish reflections, the result of a selection of grapes harvested by hand when still a little unripe, result in this sparkling wine with exceptionally intense, floral and delicately fruity aromas, further enhanced by the fine and persistent perlage. In the mouth, the balance between acidity, flavor and sugary residue makes this cuvèe pleasant and lively.
How to serve: Ideal at 6-8 °, it is excellent for aperitifs and light food, pastas and savory pies. Perfect with tofu.
