Artisanal Excellence

Birra degli Inseparabili is produced starting from ancient recipes of master brewers of yesteryear.

Tradition and innovation come together to give life to a beer with an inebriating taste, produced by expertly mixing spring water from Val d’Ossola with natural ingredients: wheat and barley malt, hops and yeast, oats, spices, honey, chestnuts and citrus fruits in different combinations.

Bionda or Light Lager Beer

At the first sip you will immediately feel how fresh, light and drinkable it is.

Produced following a simple recipe, it looks clear, smooth and delicate on the palate, but with one more secret: it is, in fact, a high fermentation beer that spends about 4 weeks inside of an ancient crush.

The use of our corn gives it a sweet lightness.
Mountain spring water, even if odorless and tasteless, adds very important minerals.

With a low alcohol content (4.5 degrees) it should be served at a temperature of 5/6 degrees.

Unfiltered, unpasteurized, with a uniform white foam, enveloping and persistent in taste, it’s perfect for the moment of the aperitif and thanks to its organoleptic characteristics it is perfect to be drunk when eating light and not very elaborated food.

Designed for everyone and suitable for all occasions.

Rossa or Red Beer

Finely hopped, full-bodied, with a dark color and intense taste, suitable for an aperitif and designed for a demanding public.

Produced with spring water and the secrets of ours valleys.
Malt and hops are the main ingredients of the our red beer.

Produced with a greater quantity of barley malt, it is a bottom-fermented beer that spends at least 6 weeks in our ancient crush.

It has a dense and persistent foam, its intense roasted malt flavor gives it a refined taste.

It has an alcohol by volume of 6.6 degrees and is to be served at a temperature of about 7/8 degrees.

The unique bitter taste of red beer is due to the addition of hops, whose strong flavor contrasts and balances the sweet one of malt, while acting as a stabilizer and preservative. The color of this beer is due essentially to the type of malt which is used.

Suitable for an aperitif and designed for a demanding public.

Ambrata or Amber Lager Beer

Characterized by an inebriating citrus scent, strong and persistent in taste, with a fruity and spicy flavor.

It is an intensely hopped, top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurized and preservative-free beer that remains in the batch for about 5 weeks.

It has a good consistency and an alcohol by volume of 5.6 degrees, to be served at a temperature of about 6/7 degrees.

Particularly suitable to accompany fried vegetables.

Suitable for special occasions and perfect for delicious aperitifs.

Affumicata or Smoked Beer

Produced at low fermentation, the smoking process takes place when curing or drying malt with secret methods that are typically traditional in our valleys.

Dark, with enveloping and persistent notes, unfiltered, unpasteurized and without preservatives, it is served at a temperature between 6 and 8 degrees. Alcoholic degree 5%.

Excellent to accompany polenta and winter risotto.

A real gem in Gimondi & Gasparetti production.

Gran Riserva allo Zafferano or Saffron Reserve

The Gran Riserva allo Zafferano, i.e. Saffran Reserve Beer, is the vertical tip of the production of craft beers Birra degli Inseparabili: precious, delicately full-bodied, with unique products strictly grown in our hills.

The spice we use is very pure, in fact to get a kilo of saffron you have to collect approx 100,000 flower stigmas and that makes the product definitely excellent.

A bottle of 0.75 cl, harmonious, a craft beer to taste at the right time.

The edition will be limited to 10,000 bottles in the year 2021 because we were taught that to make things right you need love, dedication and a lot of patience.

Inseparable friends

Birra degli Inseparabili was born from the intense and long friendship of two families: the Gimondi and the Gasparetti who, thanks to their passion for the mountains, decide to start the production of some lines of craft beers.
